Data Deletion Instructions
You may request deletion of your BIKECORD account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Choose one of the two methods below.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the BIKECORD app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile screen.
- Tap "Delete account" at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm, and your account and personal data will be deleted.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot use the app, you can request deletion by email.

- Subject: Account deletion request
- Include the email address or nickname you signed up with. If you used social login, also state the method (Google/Apple/Facebook).
What is deleted
Account information, profile (nickname, avatar), your posts and comments, mail/friends/teams activity, and location/activity records linked to your membership.
What may be retained
Information we are legally required to keep (e.g., payment/transaction records) is stored separately and securely for the statutory period, then destroyed.
Processing time
We process verified requests within 30 days and notify you on completion.
Disconnect Facebook: If you used Facebook Login, you can also remove the "BIKECORD" connection yourself in Facebook Settings & privacy > Apps and websites, independently of account deletion.
